Who was your mortgage loan originator?
What year did it originate?
Was your mortgage AND NOTE sold to a different mortgage company?

Please don't hesitate for a second! I just received this e-mail and Anthony Dickinson's family is packing! There is a short window open NOW to stop this astonishingly unfair act. Please act with your heart, please.

This family has been foreclosed upon in the middle of a loan modification with ASC. ASC is notoriously a homeowner's nightmare! And you control them!

Ms. Hansen,
I would like to thank you for your reply. We are currently in the midst of our move and, of course, things are a bit hectic. I will search for the info for which you are asking in the next few days. One of the items for which you ask is not familiar to me, which is the court papers (none were ever served). The only notices I have are from ASC notifying us of impending foreclosure and from the Virginia lawyer acting on their behalf as trustee who actually put the house up for auction at the local courthouse. In his letter, the lender is only referred to as "ASC".Unfortunately, someone bought it who has a small company that just buys and flips homes. I had several conversations with the new buyer about how all of this was not supposed to happen w/ ASC since we were in a loan modification status. She claimed there was nothing she could do, since she had already legally bought the home at auction. She said she would not proceed any further if she got a call from the lawyer rescinding the sale. (I have the actual Summons For Unlawful Detainer with a court date that was instituted by the buyer of our home.) Of course, ASC assured me they would notify the law office and rescind the order for sale, which never happened. The new owner agreed to call off the court date and let us stay for the month of February in order to have time to find a new residence and move out.
I will be happy to either fax or mail copies of my documentation to you once I have time to pull everything together. Rest assured I shall be staying in touch with you on this matter! They need to be held VERY accountable for their inscrutable and predatory actions!!

Thank you for your letter, yes, please give me (or copy and paste into an e-mail) as many details as you feel comfortable sharing with me, knowing that I will be pounding the same information into the consciousness of Wells Fargo & Co. at every single opportunity.

URGENT: What entity name sued you for foreclosure? I know you said ASC, so did your Court papers read: Wells Fargo Bank, NA dba
Americas Servicing Company? Tell me exactly how the suing entity name was written. PLEASE ADVISE TODAY THE STATE AND DISTRICT WHERE YOUR FORECLOSURE ACTION TOOK PLACE!!

AND, in addition to your
Court Case Number, please give me the information provided in your petition as "Uncontroverted Facts." If you can fax it to me, the important pages, that would help a great deal.

In addition, please advise dates, etc. so I can understand the time frame over which your problems occurred. Also, if you are comfortable, give me the last five digits of your loan number so I'll have proof I've corresponded with you in regards to their foolish neglect and failure to provide you with the service they have heretofore been WELL PAID to provide to their homeowners.

Oh, and don't doubt for a minute, Mr. Stumpf knows, as do the following MOVERS AND SHAKERS, and
I'd like to see them get busy doing just that!
